Separate tickets require passport control and re-check-in
Guests transiting DXB on separate tickets (who don't need a visa or hold a Dubai visa) must clear passport control, retrieve baggage, and check in for the connecting flight. Marhaba at the transfer desk can assist with baggage transfer for a fee.

Getting around DXB concourses
Terminal 1's D Gates are reached with a short airport-train trip. Within Terminal 3, travellers can walk between B Gates and C Gates and take a short airport-train ride to A Gates. For transfers between concourses and terminals, consult your airline or Guest Experience Ambassadors.
